inform you that the ZATCA (Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority) server is currently experiencing downtime. As a result, you may face temporary issues or delays when generating electronic invoices.
Hopefully Zatca will clear this up soon.

I am currently unable to upload an invoice on the ZATCA portal.

Please advise on the cause of the issue and the steps needed to fix it.

Perhaps, in this case, there’s no need to notify Zatka.
They’re well aware of this, and all connections are down.
I think the downtime will be documented, so as not to incur any consequences for those connected to the platform.
I say this based on how things usually go.
And the final response from technical support.

I can confirm that the service is not yet stable

We tried to post 1,258 invoice to the api

Only 342 was summited successfully

While 916 was giving the same error that we received since 3pm yesterday

"Exception: An error occurred while sending the request. Details:Unable to read data from the transport connection: An existing connection was forcibly closed by the remote host..:

It worked successfully until 3:25 and after that there is no response to raise the documents ,it is back to the way it was before :head_shaking_vertically:

There was an improvement after 2am but after 3:54 still failing.

It worked fine.But again same issue at present.

Note: URL “https://gw-fatoora.zatca.gov.sa/” is working in browser but “reporting” endpoint isn’t working.

Yes, it works as of now! Tried submitting one invoice and got a success. Hopefully it continues this way. Thank you for the help.
