API Timeouts for clearance and reporting endpoints

Hi ZATCA Team,

Today (Jun 14 2025) we have are facing frequent API timeout from the clearance and reporting endpoints. This issue seems to be random and is affecting of our taxpayers. The error happens for a few minutes and then works again and the cycle repeats.

Although, we are not facing a complete blockage of our e-invoicing process it is causing issues related to delays in API responses back to our client systems. Requesting you to please take a look into this so that it does not regress further resulting in a complete downtime of our system.

Yes, There are time-outs / connection reset seen today.

I am also facing this issue and some time api take 12 to 15 seconds.

@Adithya_Raviraja @anusv @vjsrdev @itsmeali7978 @Abhishek abidjamil concerned teams are investigating, but overall incoming traffic is very close to the usual. Have you done any investigations at your end? Please provide sample request, response and IP address on sp_support@zatca.gov.sa

Since yesterday morning ,We are also facing this issue.

we have been facing since yesterday at 8:12 AM, We are unable to provide e-invoices from our HHC system due to this problem.

While executing the ZATCA invoice clearance process in Odoo, we encountered the following error:

It appears that the connection to the external ZATCA API is being unexpectedly closed during the clearance process, resulting in an ECONNRESET error.

We have sent the request and response that we are receiving from api.

Please check the issue and revert back asap.
As its already affecting invoice posting.

We are still facing the same issue since yesterday midnight. In our case we are not getting any response on our requests for both (reporting and clearance)
