Today (Jun 14 2025) we have are facing frequent API timeout from the clearance and reporting endpoints. This issue seems to be random and is affecting of our taxpayers. The error happens for a few minutes and then works again and the cycle repeats.
Although, we are not facing a complete blockage of our e-invoicing process it is causing issues related to delays in API responses back to our client systems. Requesting you to please take a look into this so that it does not regress further resulting in a complete downtime of our system.

We are also facing the same issue with some of our customers since yesterday evening. api timeout. we already send request and response on your given email id. Kindly please check
We are still facing the same issue since yesterday midnight. In our case we are not getting any response on our requests for both (reporting and clearance)
