From around an hour a ago we noticed that ZATCA server doesn’t respond to our invoice reporting requests. Any idea ?

We have been facing an issue for the last 1 hour where invoices are not getting cleared on both the ZATCA Simulation and Production portals.
The system is not responding, and the connection gets interrupted during invoice submission. As a result, no clearance response is being received.
We kindly request the ZATCA team to look into this matter and advise if there is any ongoing issue or maintenance activity.
We are holding invoice submissions until the service resumes normally.

We are also experiencing the same issue with multiple invoices that we are attempting to generate on production. Please check and resolve this on priority.
