No Response from ZATCA Servers for Some Clients

We are facing an issue where some of our clients do not receive any response from ZATCA servers when reporting or clearing invoices. The API request is sent, but no success or error response is returned. This does not affect all clients, only a few

Some clients were resolved, but not all.

We have share the same issue with failed response from gw-fatoora.zatca.gov.sa. And eventually everything self-fixed. Perhaps Zatca team can provide as details for Knowledge Base purpose and we can advise our clients accordingly.

I cant Upload Invoices is there any update

we have also stated facing the same issue, from 24/11 afternoon, continuously getting 500 error as response from ZATCA (in very frequently at regular intervals).
