ZATCA server is down- Issue reporting and clearing invoices

Since around 7 PM KSA time yesterday, we have observed that the ZATCA server has not been responding to our invoice reporting requests. As a result, all submitted invoices are either remaining in a pending state or failing with the error shown below. This issue is impacting all of our clients, and we request your urgent attention to resolve it as soon as possible.
