ZATCA server is down

Hi community!

we are experiencing connection errors (‘Connection aborted.’, ConnectionResetError(104, ‘Connection reset by peer’)) which blocks us from generating invoices thus blocks a lot of our business units to operate normally. can you invetsigate and fix please? we have thousands of blocked invoices.

As per update from Zatca at 16:32 PM Today, Clearance and Reporting API is down for time been and they are working on it.

Hi @Ankit_Tiwari , we are still unable to submit/generate invoices on production. Could you please help with an update.

We are still facing the issue as well, few of the attempts did pass, but most of them are failing.

@Ankit_Tiwari Still the same, its almost around more than 15 hours and we have not got any solution, please help here to get this checked and resolved on priority.

It is fixed, I could send an invoice to ZATCA just now.
