We are experiencing intermittent issues with the reporting API starting today around 8:44 PM.

Issue Summary:
The API is inconsistent — requests to the same endpoint sometimes succeed, but at other times return a 404 Not Found error.

We are also experiencing the same issue since last night at 9:45 PM Gulf Standard Time in both the PROD Clearance and Reporting APIs.

Yeah, we are facing the same issue and it is failing/working inconsistantly.

We area also faced same response 404 NOT_FOUND and after retry to submit more than 4 times we got success response

we are working with InvoiceQ as service provider

It’s our inhouse zatca integration in all of our group of companies.

Our system is based on oracle 12c database which calls the Zatca’s clearance and reporting API.

Below is the error we receive:

HTTP STATUS: 404: Not Found:{“httpCode”:“404”,“httpMessage”:“Not Found”,“moreInformation”:“The requested URL was not found on this server”}

Note: Same API works fine after retries. So Zatca Endpoint looks unstable.

We are facing the same issue. 404 Error is being reported when our users try to submit their invoices for clearance/reporting.
