Clearance API- 404 & 500 Errors: issue ICV and PIH

Dear ZATCA team,

We are currently encountering 500 and 404 errors in our production reporting and clearance APIs, causing disruptions in our operations. As of yesterday, the error count has reached four failed invoices, and the number is steadily increasing.

To address this issue, we have attempted to submit the same four invoices with different ICVs, as reflected in our server logs. However, ZATCA continues to send us 400 and 500 errors. Consequently, we have resubmitted the invoices using the same previous hash but with varying ICVs.

This situation is negatively impacting our customers, leading to significant business downtime. We urgently request your prompt resolution of this matter. Below are the HTTP status codes and associated errors that we are currently facing:

404:

  • HTTP Code: 404
  • HTTP Message: Not Found
  • More Information: The requested URL was not found on this server.

500:

  • Blank response body

We kindly ask for your guidance on how to proceed in resolving these issues. Our Wave 2 customers are expressing frustration, and it is imperative that we address this situation promptly.
