We are facing a lot of issues with API not getting a response or receiving 404 errors for production clients. Please let us know when this will be resolved.

Is there an official explanation on the same from ZATCA, when it is expected to be fixed? As per documentation, all these invoices need to be sent once again, Are there any exceptions given this case?
Yes, all customers having these random 404 issues and unfortunately we cannot do anything to resolve it.
ZATCA is solely responsible for their system and to keep it in working condition 24 hours 7 days a week. Unfortunately they come up with some requirements but could not prepare their system to work without issues.
Therefore nowadays everyone having difficult times and a lot of issues trying to integrate with them.
