Starting from Sunday, 22nd December 2024, few of our customers are continuously receiving the below error message while sending EInvoices to ZATCA.
statusCode 500 - System failed to process your request : The request was aborted: Could not create SSL/TLS secure channel.
On investigating at our end, we identified that this error is returned only for the EInvoices sent to below URLs
https://gw-fatoora.zatca.gov.sa/e-invoicing/core/invoices/clearance/single
https://gw-fatoora.zatca.gov.sa/e-invoicing/core/invoices/reporting/single
Provide us guidance on how to resolve this issue on top priority.

Thank you for reaching out regarding the SSL/TLS error you are encountering.
Please note that for any 500-related errors, such as SSL/TLS issues, please ensure that you continue resubmitting the e-invoices as usual until a successful response is received (either 200 or 202) from ZATCA.
If the issue persists and you are unable to submit the invoices within ZATCA’s specified timelines, it is important to submit a Failure Notification through the following link:
