Is there a change in ZATCA SSL Certificates

Hi Team,

We are getting certificate error while connecting to ZATCA apis from today early morning. Is there a change in SSL certificate for ZATCA API URL ?

Same here, we are unable to get clearance.

Good day!

Thank you for your response. However, the service was functioning properly until yesterday evening. As of this morning, we are unable to successfully submit any invoices.

We are currently unable to submit using the following two endpoints:

https://gw-fatoora.zatca.gov.sa/e-invoicing/core/invoices/clearance/single
https://gw-fatoora.zatca.gov.sa/e-invoicing/core/invoices/reporting/single

What is the exact response from the APIs?

If you can share a full request and response via SP mail, this will help us in our investigation to provide a comprehensive support as usual.

Greetings!

Since early morning today we are getting ORA-29273 HTTP request failed/ORA-28860 Fatal SSL Error which is due to SSL handshake failure while hitting the URL gw-fatoora.zatca.gov.sa.

Kindly look into it at the earliest and on priority and revert the change made today.

Yes, I am inside the KSA.

Below is the exact response after calling your APIs:

  • The request was aborted: Could not create SSL/TLS secure channel

I have also sent an email to sp_support@zatca.gov.sa; however, it would be preferable if you could respond here so that everyone can view it.

Thank you for the response. Issue started since early morning and invoices are pending to report as the simplified must be reported within 24 hrs.

Appreciate your kind and earliest solution since due to this issue B2B sales has been completely stopped .

We are around 6/7 companies and all are impacted by this and among which 1 company has mostly B2B invoices which has the biggest impact.
