For me I managed to fix it by changing the machine in which the integration is sending the requests from … I don’t why is that happening and what is the relation .
Maybe one of ZATCA team can assist us and explain.

this issue is related to older windows in window 7 and windows 2008R2
I am facing this issue on WCF but on console application it is working.
Solution Enable TLS and SSL on computer that has integration to ZATCA. Just go to Internet option-> Advance

Same error since 21st late night. Please take proper actions to fix this global error!
@Gamal, same case here. Our last successful submission was on Dec. 21, 2024 around 11 p.m. After that, all failed!

Yes issue is resolved. But there is slowness in submission and some of the requests are submitting in second or third attempt.
