Yes we tried invoices and for now we did not received 404.
We will keep observing for the next scheduler batch now.

Anyone still facing this issue ?
The issue is resolved. Our users are able to submit the invoices. Thank you for your support.
Seems like issue resolved, we are not getting 404 error now. we will keep monitor the same and let you know if anything pops up. Thanks for the fix and update!
Do we get any relaxation (i.e. with in 24 hours submission rule?) as we have to reprocess the affected transactions from our end?
Looks ok now.
Thank you for your kind support.

We are facing blocking issues while submitting multiple invoices to ZATCA API from our ERP system
We are sending around 100 to 300 invoices in a loop without delay and only API timeout is set
We are not sure whether the issue is caused by ZATCA server blocking or our hosting provider firewall since we are using shared hosting and the same IP is used by multiple softwares
Can anyone confirm if there are rate limits per IP or recommended request per second limits
Also what is the best practice to handle bulk invoice submission without getting blocked
