I didn’t noticed any timeout’s nor our end users .. however when reveiewing the logs i found that there were actually some timeout’s .

Our system managed to solve the issue on it’s own because of the retry and time out machanism implemented .

I would suggest to implement a retry and timeout mecahnsim in your system so you won’t get any errors for small time out problems .

This is what we have done since the beginning of the integration with zatca, so we have not faced any disruption in our work.
