We are still facing this issue and all our clients got impacted due to this. Please help us to resolve this issue.

we are also facing this issue from yesterday. Because of this issue simplified invoices were unable to be submitted within 24 hrs , please take prompt action to resolve this issue.

Its working fine now. All pending invoices reported successfully.

The issue was first observed at approximately 3:05 PM KSA , when all environments faced a complete downtime. By midnight, the B2B invoice functionality started working again, but there were intermittent one-hour gaps for B2C invoices.

As of today, around 3:00 PM KSA , everything seems stable. We thank the ZATCA e-invoice team for their efforts in restoring functionality. To improve future experiences, we suggest ZATCA make announcements when the site is fully operational and provide timely updates during any downtime or failures.

We are grateful to everyone involved in restoring the systems, and we encourage learning from this experience to avoid similar situations in the future. @Ankit.K.Tiwari @idaoud

Thanks to the whole zatca team for the active support.

Would suggest zatca to release any enhancement on Sunday early morning since it would give enough time to fix if any issue comes up and in the mid of the month since this time there could be less sales at POS systems.

We are currently experiencing the same 500 - Connection Reset error from ZATCA across all clients in production once again. We have been receiving responses since 9:57 AM KSA time today.

Kindly look into this issue as a priority.
