Getting 500 Error from ZATCA In PROD

we have started received 500 error from ZATCA in PRODUCTION Portal.

could you please check.

Is any1 facing the same issue?

We are facing the same issue as well.

I saw somewhere that there was supposed to be maintenance on June 12. Could this be related? Can anyone from the ZATCA team confirm if there is an ongoing maintenance activity or known issue?

if its entire day (12/06) we have to inform our vendors to stop submitting the transactions?

This is the mail we received ,

Dear Taxpayer / Service Provider,

Thank you for contributing to the success of E-Invoicing project.

Please note that there will be a scheduled downtime of Fatoora APIs (Clearance APIs, Reporting APIs and Compliance APIs) from 03:00am 12JUNE, 2026 to 11:00am 12 JUNE, 2026 during which the APIs will be temporarily unavailable.

We strongly recommend you to make the necessary arrangements in coordination with concerned teams (either inhouse or 3rd party service provider) overseeing E-Invoicing APIs to temporarily hold the invoice submissions during the scheduled downtime between 03:00am 12 JUNE,2026 to 11:00am 12 JUNE,2026. You can resume back submission of invoices from 11:00am as usual without waiting for any further announcement from ZATCA’s side.

ZATCA’s team will be closely monitoring the systems and remain available for immediate assistance in case you face any challenges in submitting invoices after the scheduled downtime is over.

Hi @Ankit.K.Tiwari , We are still receiving a 403 error. As a result, some invoices from yesterday could not be sync within the required 24-hour timeframe.

Could you please advise on how we should proceed to resolve this issue?
