Notification of downtime of Fatoora APIs

Dear Zatca Team,

@Aturkistani @Ankit.K.Tiwari @Afrah

All of sister companies are receiving the notice of downtime of Fatoora APIs on 12,June,2026.

Regarding that, need clarification whether we need any action from our side relevant to this downtime since we have scheduled jobs to synch the documents to zatca which has re-try mechanism implemented.
So during the downtime, documents would not be able to submit successfully and once fatoora APIs are up and running , our system would re-try to send them again.
Is my understanding correct?

If during the downtime any document being submitted , gets rejected .If such behaviour from zatca during down time then we must also stop synch from our side as well for the same period.

Kindly confirm.

Please confirm on it.
If we have the re-try mechanism, our system will keep knocking on ZATCA until they get a response. As soon as we get a response, all the queued transactions will be synced with Zatca..
I hope that in this scenario, do we need to take any action?

Could you please let us know whats the start time and end time of the maintenance period for ZATCA PRODUCTION PORTAL?

or any1 mohdzeeshan5c0 / mirzabdusalam1 know the downtime period, please share the details!
