Please can I know the fix? Because I am still facing this issue.
@Aturkistani we are still facing the issue in reporting API can you please advise how to resolve this issue ?
Dear @suhaibusmani whether your issue resolved ?
Hi, Aturkistani,
Good day.
The problem still persists.
Actually, the integration was working fine till December 21, 2024 at 11 p.m. Then on December 22, 2024 onwards, all submission failed. The business operation is impacted already.
Are there any particular steps needed to be performed from our side?
Your response in this matter is highly appreciated.
Regards,
Menandro
Dear @anusv no I am still facing the same issue. But I am facing it only on WCF. When I am sending request through console application it is working fine.
Hello @suhaibusmani @anusv @Aturkistani ,
We do not send our invoices to ZATCA and we are receiving http code 404. Our all invoices have been impacted in production. Who can help me ? Does anyone knows how to fix that issue. HTTP 404 means that ZATCA API URL is not correct. Have you changed API URL ? Who can help us?
Thanks,
Dear All,
Thank you for reaching out regarding the SSL/TLS error you are encountering.
Please note that for any 500-related errors, such as SSL/TLS issues, please ensure that you continue resubmitting the e-invoices as usual until a successful response is received (either 200 or 202) from ZATCA.
If the issue persists and you are unable to submit the invoices within ZATCA’s specified timelines, it is important to submit a Failure Notification through the following link:

E-invoicing Failure Notifications
Please note that our team are investigating further on this case to provide the necessary support. If you require further assistance, feel free to contact us.
Best regards,
Dear @Lina-alrehaili1,
We are facing this issue since Yesterday 22-12-2024 and still we are not able to send any request. We have done integration using WCF service having SSL Certificate (SHA-256 With RSA 2048). We are receiving SSL/TLS error on this service. But when we send request using a console application without any SSL certificate it is working fine. Please guide us if there are updates regarding the certificate.
Regards
