Unable to scan e invoice qr with Zatca app

We cannot get results from while scanning QR code s with Zatca app, we updates the Zatca app in both ios and android.

Also we cannott scan the QR code in sample pdf provided by zatca in sdk.

Dear @mohan_manakkal ,

Are you scanning the QR from outside KSA? If so, then this behavior is expected as there is a limitation in the app

Yes I am scanning from outside KSA.

Hi @mohan_manakkal, i am also experiencing this issue not only from outside KSA but also from inside KSA. Did you find anything helpful regarding this ?

@the.mallu.guy when scanning from within Kingdom, please make sure there is no VPN and if you are using office wifi (which likely has some firewall restrictions) try switching to mobile network.
