QR Code Scaning using ZATCA’s Mobile App Working? It was working but since last week, it is taking very long time and displaying Error Message at the Bottom, Unable to Scan. while the same QR code can be read from other Applications. If anyone can try to read the QR using ZATCA Mobile App and let me know if it is working or my QR has some issues.

You can’t depend on other applications, as only ZATCA’s official application which is approved to scan QR codes.
Please make sure to have the latest version of the app installed, if not please update it. Also if you are scanning outside KSA then this might be the problem, as scanning QRs is only available inside KSA.

I am experiencing difficulties with the ZATCA App. When I attempt to scan the QR code on the invoice, the app unexpectedly closes as soon as I place my camera over the QR code, without providing any error message or feedback.

I am using the latest version of the ZATCA App but still facing same issue. Could you please let me know how and when this issue can be resolved. Also, could you please confirm as per the ZATCA compliance, if we are unable to scan the invoices via ZATCA App (if the app issue continuous) then can we accept the supplier invoices for payment?
Also, I am using the App, outside KSA, so could you let me know is there any restriction that if we use the ZATCA App outside KSA, we will be unable to scan the invoice copies
