Issue with Scanning QR Code in ZATCA App

Issue with scanning the QR code in the ZATCA app. It doesn’t work now, even though it was functioning correctly before. I’m not sure if the problem is with the QR code configuration or with the ZATCA app itself.

Please makre sure that the scanning is being done inside KSA as scanning outside KSA is prohibited for secrutiy reasons, also, make sure to use the latest version of the ZATCA’s mobile app.

If the B2C invocie got reported, then the QR code’s configration is correct, for the B2B tax documents, rely on the returned QR code inside the “cleared” version of the standard tax document.
