Query Regarding E-Invoicing Service Provider Listing on the Fatoora Portal

Dear Team,

We are a solution provider based in Riyadh, KSA, and have successfully implemented ZATCA Phase 2 e-invoicing for several clients.

We have completed our registration as a solution provider on the Fatoora Portal and are now waiting to complete the remaining steps if required. However, we have not received any update regarding our registration status, even after a long wait of 3 months.

We kindly request you to share the current status and guide us on the next steps. Your quick support in this matter would be greatly appreciated.

Yes, we received your request in Jan 2025. we had sent requirements to the email address provided during registration, but unfortunately, we didn’t receive any response.

We request your guidance on the process to register our company as an E-Invoicing Solution Partner with ZATCA.

We have already successfully released Phase 2 of E-Invoicing in compliance with the official guidelines and now wish to have our presence displayed on the Zakat (Fatoora) portal as an approved solution provider.
