Kindly confirm whether we need to provide onboarded client(production) information for Phase 2 of the solution provider listing in the ZATCA portal.

Yes…information from config file for one of you customers onborded

In the last step, ZATCA requires B2B and B2C PDFs and XMLs. However, none of the customers do both B2B and B2C transactions; they either do B2B or B2C. In this case, how will we upload the documents, or can we upload documents for multiple customers?

2 weeks average, but it depends on your data with zatca

Yes also We want to be listed in 2nd phase providers as we are already in 1st phase listed on zatca what is process and how many clients we need in our side
