In the process of getting enlisted as an authorized eInvoice solution provider on your Fatoora Portal, we need your guidance/assistance with the following registration step -
“Authorized person inside saudi arabia , procuration or approved agreement from saudi embassy in country of residence”
Could you please share the draft format of the mentioned poxy, procuration or agreement so that we can furnish required details.
Hello Ankit, we represent a company called Gemini Software Solutions Pvt Ltd, from Mumbai India. We belong to the Kanoo Group of Companies, having presence in Middle East including Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
As Ashish mentioned, we have been providing eInvoice solutions for sometime now. We want to officially enlist ourselves with ZATCA as a solution provider. Need some guidance with finalizing our proxy in Saudi as mandated by the process.
What is the criteria of such a proxy?
Required format of the agreement with such a proxy.
Any other detail that may be useful to us towards this step.
the required document ia an agreement between the SPs and the authorizsed person/entity residing in Saudi Arabia.
this agreement should state the authorized oersons’s full name and contact details, and confirm that they are the indivisual responsible before ZATCA in all matters related to the non-residenr provider.
