Dear support , is there any issue in report simplified invoices , it takes about to 50 seconds while response coming back from zatca servers , tax invoices no issue with that it is fast thanks

Dear @Ankit.K.Tiwari we are also facing same issue since Sunday evening, we have large volume of simplified invoices (B2C) needs to report to ZATCA. Please resolve this issue ASAP.

Yes some get processed and some gives 504

We are experiencing the same issue. While submitting invoices to ZATCA, we frequently receive a “504 Gateway Time-out” error starting from 04/01/26. As a result, 120 invoices have not been submitted to ZATCA.

For reference to not reported invoices within 24 hours can be ignored for these invoices. [image] Reporting Api : time out General Dear @mohdzeeshan5c0 please do not worry about the 24 hours time limit. This delay is from ZATCA’s side.

Investigations are ongoing, the impact is only on Reporting API. The 24 hour validation will be relaxed temporarily till this issue is fixed so that there is no warning on rule BR-KSA-98 for Reporting Simplified Invoices beyond 24 hours of generation. We will keep you updated on developments @yam…
