QR scan inconsistent result

We have had different results on scanning the QR Code on the ZATCA app

On mobile 1, the scan of an invoice QR code on the ZATCA App displayed ‘Thank you for scanning…’ message

We scanned the same QR of the same invoice from another mobile and the result was shown correctly

When we reattempted scanning the same invoice from the first device again, it showed correct result.

And it is observed that a new ‘Cleared’ information is added in the response sometimes (as in image above) and it is not displayed in all responses (as in image below of another invoice)

When will the response include the description like ‘Cleared’ and what are the reasons to look into if is it not included in the response?

Please note that this is a known issue and we are working on it right now.

Are there any updates regarding this issue? I updated my app and I am still facing the issues mentioned above. Can you please provide me with an estimated time by which this issue will be resolved.
