QR Code not scanning in ZATCA official app

Hi Team, is there currently any issue with the ZATCA mobile app that sometimes scans a few QR and sometimes doesn’t? I felt this, especially in cases where the QR contains a decimal (either in taxable or tax amount) the QR code is failing in the ZATCA app. It just shows a white screen in the app and doesn’t even say “Thank you for scanning QR, information has been submitted” but just simply a white screen and the app freezes. Also, occasionally the app shows Unable to Verify.

Some QR with decimal is also scanning correctly but I guess there is something wrong with the app. Please let us know if that is the case.

If you’re still facing this issue. Kindly share the signed XML file for this invoice with ZATCA via the official channels or your RM for further investigation by the technical team.
