For one of the client, due to company name length issue, the QR code had some scanning issue. Even though QR code had some scan issue we have received approved message from ZATCA server. We are having two such invoices like this. These two invoices are approved by Zatca but QR code is having some scan issues. We cannot issue these invoices to the client as QR code is having scan issue.
Now we have rectified the error.
Please let us know what can we do for those two approved invoices which is having Scan issues.
