QR Code Not Compatible with ZATCA App

We are getting the error “QR is NOT compatible with Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority” when scanning the QR code generated from our system.
I am attaching the screenshot from the client for your reference.

Although this was approved by ZATCA, the client is still getting this error when scanning the code. This was our second client to face this issue.

Could you please check and advise on why this occurs and how to resolve it

@Tarun it appears to be some third party app. No one other than the owner of app would know the logic of successful or unsuccessful scan.

As long as QR Code is scanned successfully on ZATCA’s Mobile App (with 5 tags in a phase 1 QR and 9 tags in a phase 2 QR) it is compliant.
