@omar.youssry only known issue with ZATCA’s Mobile App QR Code scans is that it doesn’t work outside KSA due to cybersecurity restrictions from ZATCA’s side. But there are no other known issues. Please share some sample XMLs for which you are unable to scan QR Code. If you are scanning a hard copy of Simplified Invoice make sure QR Code has no print quality issues like some white lines cutting across QR Code which is most common issue when QR Code on hard copy cannot be scanned.

When did you implement this cybersecurity restriction?
Also what do people outside KSA do to validate the invoice? what’s the alternative?

we are scanning the soft copy PDF and the problem is that we are outside of KSA.
What is the alternative to that as we have some customers that have their customers outside and even some of the management team of the sender outside of KSA. What can be the fix to that? It used to work before as I was testing it but now it doesn’t.
Is this something you are planning to rethink?
