Invoice reported successfully, but QR cannot be read by ZATCA app

I am facing an issue with an invoice that is being reported to ZATCA successfully but the QR cannot be read by the ZATCA app.

I tried using a different application (QrKsaReaderApp) to scan the QR and it worked but the timestamp has an error even though the IssueDate and IssueTime are in the correct formats.

Please let me know what could be the issue.
