I’d like to ask if Zatca is dealing of any kind of outage on your API. Our services are erroring since 6 hours ago (around 9pm UTC). Our logs show that the Zatca API is returning HTML code instead of a JSON response, which indicates an internal server error for me.
To clarify, the old URL has not been decommissioned. Our team is investigating on top priority basis.
To assist us in expediting the investigation, we kindly request you to share the following details via email to sp_support@zatca.gov.sa:
• The specific endpoint being used.
• Request headers (excluding the authorization header).
• The full API request, including the response (In HTML for one of the affected invoices).
