Unable to verify

We are receiving “unable to verify” message from zatca app when scanning the qr that was returned after sharing the invoice with zatca.

Please try to update the mobile app, if you’re still facing this issue even after updating the mobile app with the last version. Kindly share the XML file for the full invoice with ZATCA via the official channels.

  1. what is the invoice type: B2B or B2C?
  2. what is the exact error message?
  3. what do you mean by returned after sharing the invoice with zatca?
