The VAT details are not shown on QR scan

Hello,

We have observed that scanning the QR code doesn’t show the VAT amount. This only happens with the ZATCA app.
We confirmed that the VAT is visible when we scan the QR code using other apps and that the VAT data is available when we do a Base64 decode of the QR.

Are others facing this issue as well? Is there some known issue with the ZATCA app?

Would you please confirm that you are using the latest version of ZATCA’s app?

latest update version “1.5.2” was released on 9th July 2024 for android devices, and version “1.3.8” on 11 July 2024 for IOS devices. make sure to use the latest.

Yes, we are using the latest apps for both iOS and Android. Looks like this might be an issue because we are trying to scan this from outside KSA. Is there any workaround?
