We are unable to generate eInvoices on the simulation portal.
Also the sandbox portal is not reachable,
It is not only simulation, it is the whole DNS for gw-fatoora.zatca.gov.sa is not working. It means reporting on simulation or production is not working.
Maybe domain expired, or something happened after the New Year.
I guess the issue has been resolved, but without indication what was the root cause. Definitely some registration (domain) or networking issue on ZATCA side.
