I am not a Saudi citizen or resident. Thus I do not have a fatoora account and the person I am working for would not grant me access ‘understandably’ to his account.
the sandbox does not accept my CSR at all . is there a way to use the simulation somewhere else ?
Hi,
Use Sandbox to develop your logic and application then if you are developing for any company they will have account and responsible person who is having access will login and will generate OTP for you then you can use it and get connected to simulation. You don’t need account access and there is no other option to use simulation.
thanks
Hello @Malik I executed the install.bat in the SDK. and i have the fatoora command recognized on the command prompt. But the command does not work. fatoora --help does not display the commands. the private key, certificates are not generated. I restarted my machine. run the command prompt as administrator. nothing seems to work
Hi, Seems you are using an old SDK version? try to download latest from the link below and also check windows enviroment variable if fatoora folder i added as
FATOORA_HOME= C:\zatca-einvoicing-sdk-238-R3.3.3\Apps
another also try to install java min version 11.
Hi @Malik
I downloaded the latest last week
C:\zatca-einvoicing-sdk-238-R3.3.6\zatca-einvoicing-sdk-238-R3.3.6\Apps
Both simulation SK and the SDK. Tried both. I installed Java 21. And it still is the same. It is also added in the Windows environment user variables - “C:\zatca-einvoicing-sdk-238-R3.3.6\zatca-einvoicing-sdk-238-R3.3.6\Apps”. I dont know how to get the fatoora commands to start working. The issue is it does not show any error. even when i provide incorrect input.
Please try with Java 11 not 21 “. I installed Java 21”
hi @Malik Thank you very much for your quick responses. In the documentation i found java version should be between 11 and 15. I uninstalled version 21 and installed version 14. It still works the same way. no response to the fatoora command. I will try on another machine now. That seems to be the only way out.
Hi,
Just check install.bat and see what exactly it is doing and check if that is done and also run it again after java version updated. It is creating default.json file as well check it is is there.
Hello @Malik
It was an issue with my microsoft account permissions. After creating new profile and account the fatoora commands are working.
Thanks for responding
Happy it got resolved. thanks
