Fatoora portal issues

we have submitted thousands of invoices and got the cleared status.

but in the Fatoora portal, we found all are rejected.

we have done the same in the simulation and received cleared status and it appears uploaded successfully in the simulation Fatoora portal.

I face same currently we are testing on simulation portal …and all invoices are cleared correctly but when I open the simulation portal in the E-Invoicing Statistics showing no document have been subbmitted in the past 12 month ??

I have the following multiple issues:

a) Fatoora Portal Login URL: هيئة الزكاة والضريبة والجمارك (gazt.gov.sa) → Using this URL and after login with credentials and entering correct OTP, it is throwing error: “can’t read this page”. This happened today i.e. 07-Sep-2023 between 9:30 AM till 10:10AM. Kindly resolve and confirm.

b) Statistics–> Still B2C invoices are showing difference of 900,000 (nine hundred thousand invoices) which are processed - between our VAT Central Server and Fatoora Portal Statistics. How to verify this difference ?

Dear ZATCA Team,
The “E-Invoice Statistics” page of ZATCA Fatoora Portal is not correctly updating - the difference is as follows:

  1. B2B → 7972 (less shown on ZATCA Fatoora Portal. (Total successful processed invoices from our VAT Server is 46,862 but in E-Invoice Statistics page of ZATCA Fatoora Portal is shown as : 38,890 leaving a difference of 7972.

  2. B2B → 1,168,988 (less shown on ZATCA Fatoora Portal. (Total successful processed invoices from our VAT Server is 5,268,881 but in E-Invoice Statistics page of ZATCA Fatoora Portal is shown as : 4,099,893 leaving a difference of 1,168,988.

The above figures are as on 18-Sep-2023 @ 9:45am-10:30AM.

Kindly resolve the above and confirm.

Have these issues been resolved?

We have an issue with the Production Portal where the Statistics page is not showing any data, just a spinning icon. Is this a problem with the System, or something related to our account?
