Hi, we are facing a similar issue today on Production.
Invoice generation/signing completes, but the request fails at the transport layer during HTTPS/TLS (no API response). In .NET we see: “The SSL connection could not be established…”, and at the network level it looks like the connection is being reset.
Repro (curl): curl -Iv --tlsv1.2 https://gw-fatoora.zatca.gov.sa/e-invoicing/core/invoices/reporting/single → Recv failure: Connection was reset.
It started today after working normally before.

Thanks for the update. We have just tested again and can confirm the issue is resolved on our side as well. Production submissions are now working and invoices are being sent successfully (B2B and B2C).
Appreciate the quick resolution.
