I am currently in the process of onboarding standard invoices to ZATCA by providing the Seller Identification as a Commercial Registration Number (CRN), as outlined in the documentation.
Despite ensuring that the CRN is correctly included in the XML payload—confirmed by reviewing the generated XML file—I consistently encounter a warning message during submission. The Seller Identification appears to be passed correctly, yet the warning persists.
Could you please advise on the exact cause of this warning and suggest the appropriate resolution to ensure compliance and successful onboarding?
Please see the picture below for WARNING message by ZATCA
@Farhan please make sure the Other Seller ID (CRN) is provided under the correct UBL tag, it should be under
/ ubl:Invoice / cac:AccountingSellerParty / cac:Party / cac:PartyIdentification / cbc:ID
/ ubl:Invoice / cac:AccountingSellerParty / cac:Party / cac:PartyIdentification / cbc:ID /@schemeID.
Try using a sample XML published by ZATCA and compare the UBL tags for Other Seller ID.
Thanks for replying me.
I have already provided Other Seller ID (CRN) under the correct UBL Tag but still facing same warning.
I’m attaching screenshot of my XML for you reference, please check it.
