dear, we integrated many invoices (around 250) to zatca more than one time because of some bug in the integration system. All these duplications become success and zatca status is “cleared/reported”. what should we do in this case… any resolution…

For duplication invoices, you should submit a credit invoice for all duplicated invoices.
Please note that when the new release is ready, the duplication invoices will be resolved, In-Shaa Allah.
