Clarification on B2C Invoice Submission and Duplicate Entry Issue

Dear ZATCA Support,

We have two queries:

  1. Our business is registered as B2B, but we occasionally issue B2C invoices. Are we allowed to submit B2C invoices on the ZATCA platform?
  2. On 2025-02-24 at 09:23:43.280, due to multiple registered devices, two users submitted the same invoice at the same time, resulting in duplicate submissions:

Additionally, one of the submissions did not return the ZATCA hash code in the response.

Kindly advise how to handle this situation and avoid it in the future.
