"Production certificate is already generated" Error After Submitting PCSID

Hello everyone,

I encountered an issue where I received the error message “Production certificate is already generated” after submitting my PCSID. Has anyone experienced this before? If so, could you share the steps to resolve it?

Any help or guidance would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

1 - I Generate CSR (Done)
2 - Call compliance (Done)
3-Call Compliance invoices (Done)
4-Call Production csids (FAil)
return code = 400
with message {‘code’: ‘Already-Generated’, ‘message’: ‘The production certificate is already generated’}
