To generate my “binarySecurityToken,” I received a response with:

  • Status code: 400
  • Response data: {‘code’: ‘Already-Generated’, ‘message’: ‘The production certificate is already generated’}

I need your support on how to obtain my final token to link with ZATCA. I attempted to call the same API again, but I received the same message.

Thanks for reaching out,

Kindly note that you must save your certificate securely once it is generated, and do not share it, since you already did not save it (and it was generated before) you will always receive this response, our recommendation in such cases is to make some changes on your config file and re-do all the onboarding process and save the APIs response to not fail in such cases.

thanks for clarification.

his issue has already started to appear today.

We have registered more than 4000 EGSs on Fatoora platform and nothing like this has happened.
