durling doing the integration with zatca, we have an issue getting the CSID

currently, we are trying to send a POST request to the endpoint:
https://gw-fatoora.zatca.gov.sa/e-invoicing/core/compliance
with OTP in the header and csr in the body
But getting error 400 with no body response
Can I know how to get the CSID for the production environment
also

1- How you are generating the CSR?
2- Are you using ZATCA SDK? IF so, what is the version?
3- Providing screenshot with all the followed steps will hep us to understand your concerns correctly and providing the usual support.

Hello mr Ibrahem Daoud.
yes i am using the zatca sdk (zatca-einvoicing-sdk-Java-238-R3.3.9)
with this command fatoora -csr -csrConfig fileName.properties -pem

unfortunately i can’t post a comment with screenshot due to this issue:
(An error occurred: Sorry, new users can only put one embedded media item in a post.)
when tying to comment with media or edit the post with media as well
