Certificate Details are wrong in Production CSID

Hi Guys,

I have generated everything successfully upto submitting compliance certificate but when i generate production csid in developer portal, i am getting pcsid certificate with different VAT number. For example my all the csr and everything VAT number is 300000000000003 but in PCSID it is showing as 399999999900003. What could be the reason?

Dear @IsmailDXB

Thank you for reaching out, and welcome to our community.

It appears that you have not yet started the onboarding process. Please note that the data in the developer portal is intended to clarify the process of generating your PCSID. We recommend beginning with the simulation environment before proceeding to the production environment. Utilize the Fatoora Portal for production and the Fatoora Simulation Portal for simulation.

To ensure successful integration with ZATCA, please start by reviewing the documentation available in the Educational Library on the ZATCA site.

Dear Daoud,

Thank you for responding to my query. Yeah since we are developing the solution, we are only using developer API’s as of now. Do we have to use below mentioned CSR values as mandatory for developer?

csr.common.name=TST-886431145-399999999900003
csr.serial.number=1-TST|2-TST|3-ed22f1d8-e6a2-1118-9b58-d9a8f11e445f
csr.organization.identifier=399999999900003
csr.organization.unit.name=Riyadh Branch
csr.organization.name=Maximum Speed Tech Supply LTD
csr.country.name=SA
csr.invoice.type=1100
csr.location.address=RRRD2929
csr.industry.business.category=Supply activities

How can we test it under simulation? can we create a developer login?

Good morning, @IsmailDXB.

Please note that even if you are developing the solution, you can use the simulation environment by following the steps below:

  1. Log in to the Fatoora Simulation Portal using your TIN.
  2. In the API documentation tab, you can find the API for the simulation environment.
  3. Ensure you review the educational library on the ZATCA site: Educational library (zatca.gov.sa).
  4. After reviewing the educational library documentation, follow the onboarding steps to ensure successful integration with ZATCA.

Please find the prerequisites for integration:

  1. Install the latest version of the SDK.
  2. Install JDK 11 for Java or .NET 3.1.
  3. Get familiar with Postman.
  4. Ensure you review and understand the technical guidelines documentation on the ZATCA site.

Following these steps will ensure to you to integrate successfully with ZATCA.

If you have any concerns regarding the onboarding process, please don’t hesitate to reach out with our support team via email:

Thanks,
Ibrahem Daoud.

Please use simulation for this purpose as Sandbox/Developer works with a default/stadnard VAT no. thanks
