Error getting for requesting production csid

Hi,
I’m getting the following error upon requesting production csid. my invoices are valid in sandbox checking.(i use standard invoice)
Error:
The compliance certificate is not done with the following compliance steps yet [standard-compliant,standard-credit-note-compliant,standard-debit-note-compliant]

You need to pass the compliance Process before generating Production CSID.
