We are facing issues with scanning QR code for all invoices and on both Android/iPhone. After scanning the QR code we are seeing that the screen is stuck or no response and we are unable to verify the QR code. Even its reading by other app and accepted

Tag No 8 error ( Lengths of size more than 2 bytes are not supported )

This QR code is correct so try to download latest version of APP if still issue then your account manager can further assist you. thanks
