How can buyers verify if a supplier’s e-invoice is actually cleared by ZATCA?

Hi,
If I receive a Phase 2 e-invoice (PDF + QR Code) from a supplier, how can I confirm that it was really cleared or reported to ZATCA and not just generated offline?
Is there any public API or portal to check the clearance status using UUID or QR Code?
