Clearance is done perfectly .Next?

Next we extarct the QR code from the cleared invoice But its not showing the image in invoice while we have decode it and check the extracted QR code has value info in it.How we can convert it in to image .

did you get any solution??

Dear ZATCA Team,

We recently onboarded a client from Wave 11, and we’ve encountered an issue that we need clarification on.

Upon onboarding the main company, it was not fetched in the client’s list. However, you have already issued and sent us the certificate, PSCID, and signature for this main company.

Shortly after, we onboarded a branch of the same client, and it was successfully fetched within 3 minutes. The certificate, PSCID, and signature for the branch were also issued promptly.

Our client is now inquiring if they can proceed with creating invoices for the main company, despite the fact that it is not appearing in the fetched list. Could you please clarify why the main company was not fetched even though the signature and certificate have been provided?

Thank you for your response. I’ve already sent an email to sp_support@zatca.gov.sa (without including the TIN) to address the issue and also called ZATCA support, providing all the information they requested. I was informed that ZATCA will contact our client directly via mobile.

However, our client is eager to start creating invoices since they’ve switched to production. Could you kindly check the status from your side, as the client is requesting frequent updates?

Another client has just encountered the same issue. Despite receiving the certificate, PSCID, and CSID, the company does not appear on the platform
