We are still getting 403 for all requests
Hi ZATCA Team, Please update.
Since maintenance started, we have been getting HTTP 403 on almost every request. No changes on our side â same certs/CSIDs that worked fine for days, and itâs hitting many EGS units across many taxpayers at once, so itâs not a single-cert issue.
Our traffic egresses from AWS eu-central-1 (Frankfurt), IPs: 18.185.221.250, 18.159.5.90, 18.157.129.251. Looks like a gateway/WAF/IP or geo restriction. Can anyone confirm whether these IPs are being blocked? Or could you whitelist those IPs?

Kindly let us know about the progress on this issue since we taxpayers are worried about 24 hours time limit of submitting B2C invoices and we are already overloaded with invoices in queue in our stores to be submitted to Zatca.

Since ZATCA mandates that B2C invoices be submitted within 24 hours, any delay beyond this timeframe may expose us to compliance risks and potential penalties. Therefore, we kindly request regular updates on the status of the issue, as well as guidance on the implications should the deadline be missed due to circumstances beyond our control.
Keeping us informed will help us assess the situation, plan accordingly, and, hopefully, allow us to eat, sleep, and work with greater peace of mind while awaiting resolution.
